ECR is A DURA LIFE CERTIFIED INSTALLING DEALER for Sioux Steel Company who manufactures steel panels for secondary containment walls. ECR is also a distributor for two liner companies who manufacture geosynthetic clay and poly liners. Using these products, ECR can provide a complete secondary containment system including design, engineering and installation supervision.

Our system walls are made of 10 gauge, corrugated, galvanized steel that are double row bolted and sealed with an isobutylene, isopreen co-polymer tape. Our system floors are made of either a geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) or a HPDE 30-mil liner. The GCL is sealed to the walls with granulated bentonite and topped with six inches of pea gravel to protect against inadvertent punctures and provide moisture retention. The HDPE liner is sealed and attached to the walls with liner clamps and covered with fabrinet and pea gravel to protect against punctures and UV deterioration.

In the event of a spill ECR's system will provide protection from both vertical and horizontal migration.
